EASY Meditation for Beginners �� Day 1





This easy Meditation for Beginners Series is the best way to ease yourself into a regular meditation practice. @be_omshaanti



Meditation can seem a daunting prospect to which we bring our own expectations and misconceptions.  Your Day 1 meditation guides you to feel comfortable both outwardly and inwardly.



Each day of the 10 Day Series follows original content in a  structured format to so that the repetitive element can be fully absorbed.  As the Series progresses additional techniques are added - this slower introduction to a deeper meditation eases you gently into an enjoyable and beneficial practice.



The only external stimuli you will hear is my voice - there are very short periods of silence to allow you to get used to stilling your mind.
